1. If using
bacon, cook using
your preferred method.
Let it cool before
chopping it into
pieces

Fry onions and
peppers in the oil
from the bacon or
sausage. Drain.
Return pan to stove
and add eggs.

Scramble, adding
the seasonings you
prefer

Once the eggs
are cooked, add
meat, top with cheese
and cover.

Remove from
the stove so your
eggs don't get overcooked.
6. Place
Tortilla Chips in
a serving dish.
Top with egg mixture
and garnish with
green onions. Serve
with Salsa on the
